PLEASE READ THESE NOTES REGARDING APPLICATIONS
There are two routes to applying to Heathfield International School. Parents may submit an initial online application to admissions@heathfield.ac.th , providing all documentation at a later date (most likely during a visit).
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
For Thai Pupils
Six passport (ID)-sized photographs of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months);
One passport (ID)-sized photograph of the parent/guardian making the application (taken within the last 6 months);
A school report from your present school (if applicable);
Residence Certificate;
Birth Certificate;
For Foreign Pupils
Six passport (ID)-sized photographs of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months);
One passport (ID)-sized photograph of the parent/guardian making the application (taken within the last 6 months);
A School report from your present school;
Birth Certificate;
Copy of pupil’s passport;
Copy of parent’s passports and visa;
Copy of parent’s work permit;
