PLEASE READ THESE NOTES REGARDING APPLICATIONS
There are two routes to applying to Heathfield International School. Parents may submit an initial electronic application (an expression of interest) via this page to the school, providing all documentation at a later date (most likely during a visit). Fill in the form of this page to be submited the electronic application form.
Parents may also download the application form, or request one from the Registrar. Please print this form and send the completed application along with the required documents to the school address (via EMS).
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
For Thai Pupils
- Six passport (ID)-sized photographs of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months);
- One passport (ID)-sized photograph of the parent/guardian making the application (taken within the last 6 months);
- A school report from your present school (if applicable);
- Residence Certificate;
- Birth Certificate;
For Foreign Pupils
- Six passport (ID)-sized photographs of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months);
- One passport (ID)-sized photograph of the parent/guardian making the application (taken within the last 6 months);
- A School report from your present school;
- Birth Certificate;
- Copy of pupil’s passport;
- Copy of parent’s passports and visa;
- Copy of parent’s work permit;
INFORMATION
1. Day Visits
All prospective pupils at Heathfield International School are required to attend a day visit at the school. Day visits are arranged in consultation with the school Headmaster. A written placement test is required. Our registrar will inform you of the schedule for the test, upon receipt of all relevant documents. A school visit may be arranged in advance, see here…
2. Confirmation
A place at Heathfield will be confirmed only after the child has successfully completed a written placement test from Year 1 – Year 10.
3. Admissions Tests
Admissions examinations are not used as the basis for selection into Heathfield International School, which operates a non-selective academic admissions policy. These are compulsory for prospective pupils from Year 1 – Year 10 and are charged at 2,500 THB.
